Doctor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Professor

    

In 2007  graduated with honors from the National University of Pharmacy, in 2008 – a master’s degree from the National University of Pharmacy. Worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the Department of Drug Technology (2007-2009). In December 2008 she was enrolled in the graduate school of the Department of Drug Technology, which she graduated early and in 2010 defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences under the supervision of Doctor of  Pharmacy, Prof. Yarnykh T.G. on the topic “Development of the composition and technology of ointment” Dermalik “for the treatment of dermatological diseases”.

Began  research and teaching activities at the Department of Drug Technology, where she first worked as an assistant (2009-2011), associate professor (2011-2020), professor (from 2020 to the present). At the department Rukhmakova O.A. performed the duties of the secretary, responsible for scientific activity, quality management system, for training of foreign applicants for higher education, now – responsible for the educational work of the department. Received  second higher education in English Language and Literature at the State Pedagogical University G.S. Skovoroda (2013). In 2016  defended dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Pharmaceutical Sciences on “Theoretical substantiation and development of children’s drugs with licorice root extracts” (scientific consultant – Doctor of Pharmacy, Prof. Yarnykh T.G.).

Public activity: member of the working group on the development of National Standards for Good Pharmacy Practice of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

Awards: in the ranking of scientific and pedagogical staff of NUPh for the 2015-2016 academic year she was awarded a first degree diploma in the nomination “Best Associate Professor of NUPh”.

Scientific school: has prepared more than 20 masters of pharmacy, including in English.

Areas of research: development and improvement of the composition and technology of extemporaneous drugs; development of drafts of general pharmacopoeial articles on extemporaneous drugs for inclusion in the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine; development of composition, technologies and biopharmaceutical research of medicines based on natural and synthetic raw materials, including suppositories and soft dosage forms.

A co-developer of the guidelines “Requirements for the manufacture of drugs in pharmacies” (approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine № 398 from 01.07.2015) and 3 monographs SFU “Non-sterile drugs manufactured in pharmacies”, “Soft drugs, made in pharmacies “,” Suppositories and pessaries made in pharmacies “(HFC 2.0, Volume 3, 2014).

Participated in the creation of rectal suppositories “Immunosol” (approved by TU U 20.4-22676945-005: 2015, manufacturer – JSC “Lekhim-Kharkiv”) and 4 mild dosage forms included in the long-term development plan of PJSC “Farmak” and PJSC HFZ “Red Star”.

Publishing activity: author of more than 200 scientific works, among them: 2 textbooks, 1 workshop, 5 monographs, more than 20 textbooks, 5 scientific methodical recommendations, 1 technical conditions of Ukraine, 15 patents for utility models and inventions, 5 information sheets, more than 150 articles and conference proceedings.
