ROMAS Kateryna Petrivna – Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences, associate professor of the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology of Drugs.

She graduated from the National University of Pharmacy (2005), where she works: post-graduate student (2008-2011), assistant (2012) of Department of Pharmaceutical Technology of Drugs named after D.P. Salo.

Educational-methodical work.

Teaches at the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology of Drugs named after D.P. Salo. Conducts laboratory and seminar classes on the disciplines “Pharmaceutical Technology of Drugs”, “Biopharmaceutics”, “Introduction to Pharmacy”, and also is the head of the “Practical training in Pharmaceutical Technology of Drugs” and course projects.

During her time at the department she supervised the fulfillment of the diploma and master’s works of the native students.

Research work.

In 2011, she defended her thesis for the degree of candidate of pharmaceutical sciences on the topic “Development of the composition and technology of androgenic capsules based on arginine and a phenolic hydrophobic product of propolis” on the specialty 15.00.01 – technology of drugs, organization of pharmaceutical business and forensic pharmacy under the supervision of D.Ph.S., professor Tykhonov O.I.

To date, she is the author of 26 publications, including 10 articles in the VAK journals of Ukraine, 2 patents of Ukraine, 16 articles and materials of All-Ukrainian and international conferences.

In 2017, she studied at the School of Professional Excellence of the teacher of the NUPh and received the corresponding certificate.

In 2017, she underwent a scientific and pedagogical training in the Lublin Science and Technology Park., Lublin, Republic of Poland (108 hours).
